I was born with kidney reflux too, and have reduced nerve functioning in my bladder. that means that as a child i could not feel when my bladder was full, i could only tell when the urine backed up all the way into my kidneys and made my kidneys hurt. maybe your daughter has trouble sensing when her bladder is full too... have you talked to her doctor?

If it is something you child needs (and you said it was a medical condition) is it really a waste of money? Are the boys just 2 or almost 3, mine is 23 months and shows no signs that he is ready to start potty training (and he is not slow he is actually quite normal) so if they are early 2s then be thankful that they are doing anything in the potty.
