3 wees old

my daughter is 3 weeks old, she normally sleeps threw the night only waking up a couple times to feed and then goes straight back to sleep,  But lately we have been having trouble getting her to sleep the first sleep at night. We will feed her but she wont take all her bottle then we try to give her the rest and she doesn't want anything to do with it, and we'll change her dipper and make sure she doesn't have bubbles in her tummy........ everything you could possibly think of we try.  But shell just sit there and cry for no reason.  Is there some thing we are over looking or something as new parents?? dose anyone have any suggestions.  Or should we do what everyone said and just let her cry?? help please lol.

do you use a swaddle? if no you might want to try that because it could be that she is not use to being not wraped up and ? not in a confined space. because my 7 month old was like that as well and that is what i had to do to get her to sleep also check with her doctor if you can also try and add rice cereal to her bottal at bedtime feeding to see if that would also help. i hope this is helpfull for you

i would not let her cry!! i was told this is the age when babies learn trust. if she cries there's a reason and when you pick her up or tend to her she learns she can trust you. we never let our girls cry it out until they were at least 2 months old. at this age they are too young to manipulate you in to picking them up. and she is still young. my youngest (10 months now) slept great and then about 4 weeks got her night and days mixed up. sucky but nothing to do about it. they will figure it out. she is young and still figuring stuff out. good luck.
