Can a 9month old baby be nasty???

I have a 9 month old that throws fits and does this like mean face when she is angry is this normal???? I have no idea on where she gets this from anyone experience the same thing?

do you hold her alot and do you also sttay at home with her ? because i have a 6 month that will do the same thing when she does not want to be put down when i do put her down some times but if i do and she can see me she is okay when i do it
