i had went to the scheduled mediation with the father of my daughter and i did get a temporary court order of him having to do supervised visitation and will we where waiting for the mediator to tip up the paper work i found out that he had take a picture of the picture that the child support office had taken when i did the initial paper work of me going after him for child support and did not have permission to take the picture of just her and that the child support office did not give him permission to do so when i went over to ask them why he got the picture and he also was trying to get information from me about what i had been doing since i had our child and when i am going back to work and i think he was trying to get information to use against me after the mediator specifically said we where not to talk about any thing that does not cuncern the child so with that said what should i need to do about that so that when we go back to the mediation i can be prepared for it because when we do go back i will still be telling the mediator i am only giving him supervised visitation because i still believe he is drinking and i consider him to be a flight risk with him having unsupervised visitation because of the fact that his sister has money
