desperate need advice

Hi all,

I have a 3 year old, and after several years of having her sleep with mom, now I need to break this habit.  She is so resistant.  She naps in her own room but will not spend the night.  If she falls asleep and wakes in the middle of the night and realizes she is in her bed it's over.......Yell for momie. She screams and cries for over an 45 mins if i don't get her.  What can I do?  I have tried the tough love approach and walk her back to her room if she gets out of bed.  But that doesn't last the entire night....I tried reassuring her she is ok and don't be afraid....HELPYell I Have a nite light for her as well...

How about sleeping in her room

Try sleeping in her room for a week

Then try being out of the room from time to time and adjust by her reactions
