How are you preparing the vegtables?

If you are making things like brocolli, green beans, cauliflower, brussel sprouts or carrots you may want to try and cook them in chicken broth and add a little pat of butter once they are out of the pot and on to the plate. My three year old loves her veggies.

You can mix them with carrots or sweet potatos so that it doesn't taste the bitterness.

Trick him girl, put sugar on it. Maybe you could create a food game, "He gives you a bite then you give him a bite". Let me know what kind of foods you cook and I'll give you some good ideas, I'm good at thi sort of thing.

I feel for you, mine lives on sweet potato fries, reg. fries, chicken fingers, fish sticks and any kind of cracker he can get his hands on. (I bake them all) he will not try anything new so I sneak his veggies in the only way I can get them in right now-----V8 fusion! It may not be the best thing in the world but he is far from malnurished, and he loves it. (I tried reg. V8 but he hates tomatoe sauce/juice. He will be 3 in 9/09 but he is the size of a 3 year old (height and weight).
