i need advice

i am going to be having to go through a mediation on may 8Th and i am going to see a lawyer on this coming up Monday. and she has thus for given me something for advice on what to do what do i do? because i do not want him to have any unsupervised visitations with my daughter because he has made many commit about his sister having money and that he will go after our daughter and i think he will take off with her to Mexico where he is from and he has a DWI vehicular manslater conviction and is trying to claim he is a u.s. citizen. i need help from any one whom can give me some more information on what to do.

i really need advice asap because the mediation that was scheduled for the 8Th of this month has been rescheduled for the 21EST of this month and i want to make sure he take the offer of only supervised visitation because of the fact that he has a DWI vehicular manslater conviction and he is on parole now and he is still to my knowledge drinking and he was driving after drinking with me in the car will we were together and when i was pregnant with our now 6 month old daughter what can i expect when i go i also filled a counter claim to the 1 he tried to fill against me to the courts and he is from Mexico with a sister whom has money that he said he would use to try and take our daughter from me and i just want to make sure he has no way of doing so. so PLEASE ANYONE I NEED ADVISE ASAP HELP??????????????????????
