Simple Faint, food allergies

I am a mother of a child with food allergies.  He has Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EE).  He is allergic to milk and nuts.  He is on a couple different allergy medicines  (zyrtec, singular, and nasonex).  He has been diagnosed with simple faint (which means he simply faints when he gets hurt).  I don't know if this diagnosis makes sense to me of not.  I don't understand it.  I don't know if it is a side effect of one of the medicines, or if there is something else going on.  We have had several neurology test done to see if ther is anything wrong there and nothing.  Is there anyone out there experiencing the same thing or knows what i am talking about.

Thanks,

Wow that has to be scary when he faints.. My daughter has a peanut allergy (she is 11) I have given her all these meds at one time or another and never had that side effect of fainting.. However i did learn that Zyrtec & Benadryl gives my daughter leg cramps.. I did some research and it is one of the side effects BUT NEVER listed on the box.. I hope you figure it out.. Nothing worse for a parent than worring about our kiddos.
