I told my mom that I went for child support againts the father of my child and she was not happy about it becouse he has made commits that he will use his sisters money to make me look bad in eyes of the courts and try to get custudy of her and I told her and she should know that he is going to have to prove all the stuff that he is going to try to do. and she believes that child support and visitation are the same when it is not always the case. I know iI should nave told him when I had my daughter but I did not and when I filled for child support was advised not to make or have any more contact with him till it has been prossecced through the courts and she is having a hard time ealing with the whole thing and I am unable to try to explan what he really can do with every thing. hjelp any one with any ideas of what I can do to keep my mom at peace with what I have choosen to do?
