It really depends who that person is. I guess you have to trust the person and his capacity of meeting your child needs.

It also depends on the age of your child and if she/he knows that person well.

Did you finish your post? I'm not sure I understand your question. Who left their child? Do you mean that they left their child with a stranger and forgot about him? If you'll clarify your question, I'll see if I can help you with feedback.

Im also uncertain about what you are asking. If someone forgot about their child somewhere and left them, that would be tragic.. but if you are asking about leaving a child with a babysitter, I dont think 2 hours is too long.
Can you clarify your meaning?
