Finger Foods for 11 month old with no teeth

My daughter is almost 11 months old, but does not have any teeth yet. She is s very good eater, but I think wants to be more independent and feed herself. I have given her bits of fruit, cereal, and  crackers. I may just be overly cautious because I still chop and blend her food quite well because I am afraid she will choke. With the pieces so small she has trouble picking them up. I have offered her the spoon with food and she will sometimes try to feed herself, but she of course likes using her hands and she gets frustrated when more of the food ends up in her lap. Any suggestions on other foods I could give her good sized pieces so she can pick them up. I have tried using the netted feeding bags and she will have nothing to do with them.

First please stop blending her food. And seconded she doesn't need teeth to eat solid food. (think of it this way.. do you really think one cute little pearly white helps chew food?) my daughter does have a few teeth tho and just turned 9 months old and is eating table food only. Now I would not suggest just cold turkey it. First start with soft gummable food like spaggetti ( it's my kids' favorite) Or by frozen crinkle cut carrots and you can boil or microwave them (they are the perfect size for little hands) Also bread sliced in cubes (preferably whole wheat but what ever your family usually eats will do) I would wait on tough meats but meat like chicken and roast cooked in a crock pot are great starter meats. My 9 month old loves scrambled eggs and cubed grilled cheese sandwhichs. If you need additional suggestions just let me know and PLEASE stop blending her food
