Matilda could you tell us more about it. I had a friend that lost her baby within 24 hours, all his organs began to shut down. Is that SIDS?

I know someone that lost their daughter to SIDS. It was so horrible. I don't know enough about it but I've heard that sometimes suffocation is a factor. There are so many different opinions on the topic. It's NEVER the mothers fault though. It's one of those horrible things that happens in life. I'm sorry I don't know more.

Go to the American Lung Association website. Do a search and put in sudden infant death syndrome. Plenty of info here!!

I read where it occurs between 1-6 months. My son sleeps with us. He is 5 months. So what!! I want to keep an eye on him until he get to be a year old. I will deal with getting him out of the bed when the time comes. For now, I want to watch him.
