The Obamas parenting rules seem very simple: bed at 8:30, eat healthy food, switch off the tv, help your kids with their homework...you have to love the Obamas for their personal choices (let alone political one).

For once a President says to the American families that part (a good part) of their kids well being is their responsability.

What I love most of all is their showing affection for each other and they make sure their daughters stay grounded.
