Frank has treated kids, adults and families in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, inpatient psychiatric and community mental health for over 20 years. Frank is Clinical Director of the Eastern Sierra CISM Team, an adjunct professor at Western Nevada College, co-founder of PsychEd Concepts, Inc., and has co-authored two ground breaking books.
