Nanny
How do I find a nanny for a rotating schedule, 2 days a week?  For example this week I would need a nanny Monday & Thurs, but next week Tues and Friday.  Thanks Emily

There are nanny that they don't necessarily need a full salary, but just some extra income. maybe a mother that has grown up children.
You can try to connect with parents who also need a part time nanny so that you could share.

I dont know much about nannys, but from another site I frequent I do know there are nanny services out there where you can pretty much interview different ones and pick one you like, and you just tell them how often you need them, and when. Im sure it would be easier if you could give them a schedule in advance for the days you would need services..but its worth a shot. Look in your local phone book for a nanny service.

Craigslist Craigslist Craigslist. I can't emphasize it enough. You can find EVERYTHING there. We found our last five babysitters/nannies and they were all fantastic. It's free, you don't have to sign up, and you can find exactly what you're looking for. www.craigslist.com. Good luck.
