I dont know exactly how old she is, but I would suggest introducing the potty to her for a while first. Let her come in the bathroom w/ you when you go, and maybe get her a training potty. Just talk to her about it alot, so she knows big girls use the bathroom on the potty/toilet. Then try putting her on it and asking her to go peepee. If she does go potty, then make a big deal.. clapping hands, smiling, saying YAY, big girl, etc.. and if you wish, give her a reward/incentive.
I started my first son at 18 months, and they say boys are harder than girls, but he did GREAT. I was soo happy. My daugther was a little harder, and the twins are even harder. (or Im just lazier now with 4. .im not pushing it much w/ them and they are 26 months)

I think alot of times moms underestimate their kids. My daughter is 8 months old and as soon as she starts walking I'm going to start the process. I took care of my niece who is now 6 but when she was just at a year old i potty trained her. It's important to make sure everyone around her will help you stay consistent. Just because they are very young and might not be able to talk well or at all that doesn't mean they don't understand or are not able to learn something like potty training. But the most important thing is to do what feels right to you.
