Fighting the system

CPS knows a child molester has been around a child and keeps coming around .....He is not registered so therefor it ok...What is your thoughts on this matter?

I'd call the cops, even if I didn't know he/she was a non registered offender simply for the fact that it they are hanging around a child. I'd be sure to tell the child that an Adult NEVER needs a childs help and to stay away from this person.

There was a guy hanging out near my friend and I when I was little, he creeped me out so I ran inside and told mom, she threatened his life and called the cops. Turns out he was a past offender and wound up back in jail. I don't even think there were registries back in that day.
