There are a lot of things out there! Find what interests you - like I love books so I'm in direct sales with a childrens book company called Usborne Books - www.readchildrensbooks.com - besides doing home parties we can sell directly to schools, libraries, etc. What do you like to do? Hobbies?

Hello Jasmine, WOW there are a lot of different chooses out there for SAHM like us!! I too was looking for something that I could work from home, make the most $, and not have to be in front of my computer or on the phone all stinking day long!!!
So I started a Mary Kay business. Many women think that it is not right for them because they don't know about skin care or makeup.
Well that really has nothing to do with anything because if you are willing to learn someone will be there teaching you. Now Jasmine please not that this is my business(and my husbands early retirement plan,ha ha) but I also use this as my "girlfriend time" and get paid just for having a party with great women! I am a stay at home father, I was once in the same position as you. What I found that works for me a friend introduced me to. I am able to make my own hours, work as little or as much as I want to in a week. It took very little to get started and has allowed me to bring in any where from a few hundred dollars, to a few thousand dollars in a single month.

People seem to be extremely opinionated when siding with its pros or cons. Some say it should be adopted in India as an alternative culture (especially in Metropolitan cities with a mad rush of traffic) due to traveling circumstances, etc. Others argue that it is detrimental to professionalism and hard work. I thought that way too… until I chanced upon a fair, well-rounded article that took to both sides of the debate.
