Drowning is Preventable !

My son started ISR about 8 weeks ago. He learned self rescue skills for the water.

He went from not wanting his face to get wet to doing the backstroke. It is amazing.

Now when we sit at the pool I feel so much confidence having him around the water.

He loves to swim which is great but he would know how to survive god forbid he ever fell in the water alone. I am so excited about this program and I had to share it with as many parents as I could. My son isn't quite old enough yet, but I plan on getting him into such a program as soon as he is! My family has a pool and we spend a lot of time there so it is important to me that he is not only comfortable with the water, but that he is safe as well.
Did you hear about the whole dry drowning thing on the news a while back? What are your thoughts on that?
