Trying for baby number 2

My first child is now 2 and a half and my husband and I are trying for baby number 2. We have only been trying for 3 months, but it only took one try with our first. I went to see my OBGYN and he siad to come back after 6 months if nothing happens. I am not sure why it is taking so long. Maybe stress from working full time and taking care of my child and household. Is there any thing that worked for you? My friend told me to take Nyquil. Does that really work?

I did 3.5 years of infertility to get my son, and I know a lot about a lot when it comes to trying to have a baby! 3 months is nothing, just be patient and keep trying. I have no idea what nyquil would be for, I have heard of robitussin for your cervical mucus, but not nyquial
