clipping nails

My 16 month old little girl will let me clip her finger nails, but will refuse to let me do her toenails. Anyone have any tricks or tips?

Hi Amy,
OMG! I have the opposite problem! My little one has no problem with me doing her toenails! lol! But I can help, i think. I try to get something that she absolutely loves to play with but she's not really allowed to touch. For instance I'll give her my cell phone and she loves to play with that and sometimes that helps me get through clipping one hand. Good luck!
