My weight, which went down after having my son, and nursing, is starting to creep up again. I am doing aerobics again, which I love. How much should I continue to eat to balance calories when working out and nursing? I try to do drink more water too. Does anyone have suggestions? Getting pregnant for me was a weight loss program in itself :-) Now I am eating again. I still take my prenatal vitamin. I do half and half nursing and formula. |
