Looks like my poor daughter has inherited my lousy intolerance to pollen and all the joys of having warm weather allergies.  Why did we leave San Diego (where the environment was much friendlier)?!!  From observation, it seems she gets most of my same symptoms which include runny nose, sneezing, itchyness (which for both of us hasn't reached its full potential for annoyance yet).  I take Claritan which in the past has worked - but now I think I've built a tolerance to it...so I'm trying new things.  

My daughter will be a year old on May 5th and my wife and I are lining up questions to ask her doctor on her year old visit.  I've done a little research and talked to a nurse who implied that there is no medicine that she would recommend for little ones her age and to just see if her immune system would eventually recognize her allergies and correct itself.  In the meantime, I'm hoping to get some experienced advice/suggestions from parents who deal or have dealt with this as well.  Thanks all!
