Does It sound like my daughter is alergic to shea butter wipes?

My husband didn't pick up the regular brand of sensitive wipes By: "Pampers". He got "Huggies" shea butter wipes. My daughter who is almost 9 months didn't show a reaction at first. Then all of a sudden she flares up with a very red butt rash. I've been using Balmax(Thank God Balmax) it works wonders.I quit using those "Huggies" wipes and got our regular wipes.

both of my girls break out from anything but pampers sensitive. anything! my oldest is almost 2 1/2 and still can only use the pampers sensitive. some babies are just more sensitive. not nessesarily allergic.
