breast feed and exercise daily and you should shed the pregnancy weight. i suggest yoga and maya belly massage too to get and keep things moving toward returning your body to you.
I thought that too until my milk didn't come in and I wasn't able to breast feed. And I tried a couple of herbal teas to help my milk come in but it didn't work. Now my daughter's one-year molars are coming in and I'm not getting any sleep so it takes everything I have to make it through the day and climb the stairs once to put her down for a nap, let alone exercise. I guess nobody said it would be easy!!
