Who hates tipping their hairdresser?

They don't make minimum wage!!

I do it anyway after I write my $190 check but it makes me angry!

I give her $10 to $20 extra (depending on the time of year) should I or not?

I'm a blonde:-( (highlights and low lights)and a hair cut. I have long hair.
I go to an AVEDA salon.

Actually, unless your hairdresser is the propietor of the salon, she is probably making just above minimum wage. You should absolutely tip her.
