advice about an @ Home J.O.B

Hey everyone....I am in need of great help. I am not looking for one of those create your own business ideas, I am looking for a real JOB. I want to work from home. I know that they are out there I just need a little help finding something. Does anyone have any ideas? Again, I don't want my own business, I want a boss, with an hourly or salery pay. Help?!
