Dean Maynard has not done the job that he has been hired for . Failure to reach the federal goal of adequate yearly progress, being sued by another administrator for wasteful spending, personal agendas. We here in Millcreek have a dysfunctional school system and its starts with Dean Maynard lack of leadership. Then they give him a raise of $5606.72 a year. Lack of trust, poor fiscal oversight. He even  wants the parents to pay for the J.S. Wilson Landscaping.
