poop during naps -

poop during naps

ok i know this is crazy but my 9 month old without fail will wake up 20 min into his nap bc he pooped and then after i change him he wont go back to sleep. the only time he does not do this is if hes sleeping in the car or stroller. does anybody have this problem??

Yup! My 18 month old just recently stopped doing this although it still happens occasionally. But my daughter poops herself awake all the time....Fortunately they both tend to go at the same times each day, so I try to wait for it to happen before I put them down to nap.

Hi! I know exactly what you mean! My son used to do that for ages. Are you feeding him something right before nap? I used to give my son a bottle right before the nap and he used to poop because of the pressure. So, I started giving him a small snack (a fruit) or something about a half hour before putting him down and then read him a book and wait for his poop. Hope this helps!
