This is an old post but try to make time for yourself too. You are a wonderful mother. Do you have a friend or family member to watch your baby even for an hour?
i always make time for myself. of course it involves cutting into my sleep though. i have an infant and a toddler and i learned a long time ago that you time is very important. after i put my children to sleep i stay up for a few hours and just relax. wether its watching a movie and eating popcorn or taking a long soak in the tub. as you well know even 5 minutes to yourself seems like a lifetime. i recommend doing something you want to do when your child is sleeping. wether its a 10 minute nap or they are out for the night. it melts the stress away and you will feel better in the morning.
