naping problems
My daughter is 2 months old and is sleeping pretty good at night waking up once or twice, but naping is a different story. I'll lay her down and she'll sleep for about 20 minutes then wake up screaming and obviously still tired. How do i get her to sleep longer in the crib for her naps. I feel like sometimes i really need that time away from her. HELP. Thanks- Colleen

My son is nine months old and wouldn't take a nap during the day for anything! He still won't, not in a crib anyway. He went to daycare for a while and they couldn't get him to nap in a crib either. BUT he will nap during the day in a swing for an hour or so, sometimes up to three hours. If you have a swing you might try that. I should mention though, that now that he realizes he's sleeping in the swing, he'll only let me put him in it when he's tired. Good luck!
