I think that child inspired tattoos are wonderful! Most of the ones I have seen are beautiful and mean a lot to the Mom or parents. I have one and love it, three little birds flying together, my kids rub on it all the time and say this is me.. your little bird flying out to the world. It is my reminder to cherish every minute (even when I want to strangle them..lol) because before I know it they will be flying out of the nest.

i have yet to get mine, i havae one already, my friend took her babys hand print when he was born with ink and put it on paper and had that tatooed on her shoulder. it is awesome!!! i cnat waid to get mine.

My husband & I plan on getting matching tatoos & my involves sea-life ; I am going to have a different sea shell for each child.
The first one is going to be a oyster w/ a pearl inside because she is such a gift out of something that wasn't as beautiful!

Once I am done nursing I plan on going and having my daughters footprints tattooed on either my wrists or somewhere on my back where my skin does not stretch.
