Loving Life!!

Well, right now I have to say my life is absolutely perfect.  I am happily married to my best friend. We've been together for 15 year's, married 10, and really enjoy being together.  We've definitely enjoyed ourselves over the last 15 year's.  We are now expecting our first child this January 2008 and we couldn't be more excited.  My health is very close to being restored. You know, it's really true what they say....you don't have anything without your health. I had to find that out the hard way, but am working to naturally get myself back to being healthy.

I currently work outside the home and have a very decent Job.  I don't Love it, but it pays me very well and their time off policy is really good too.  But, I also recently partnered with a wellness company that does allow me to work from home. So, although I have 2 jobs right now, the wah one allows me to, well, do it from home at my convenience. I love that and I truly do LOVE this job!

Although I always envisioned myself as working outside the home after we had kids, I can't imagine doing that now for a few reasons:  1)  It took us 5 year's to conceive our child (naturally) and I feel so blessed for the opportunity to share a child with my husband and raise a well-rounded child (God willing), and 2)  Corporate America, at least my current f/t job, is NOT supportive of a p/t schedule to transition back and I do not want to put my child in daycare f/t (I don't think there's anything wrong with it for people who have to, but for them to not even give me the choice or work with me after 6 year's of MY sacrificing for them is something that is not OK with me).  So, i am very thankful for my WAH business and that it came along at the perfect time for me and my family.  I will continue to work my home business with every effort to keep me at home with our baby!

I am truly very happy right now and have been for a while (even before we knew we were pregnant, but that was just a bonus).  I believe we create our own lives and I have worked really hard to heal my past woes and wounds and not be a victim to what I couldn't control or to what already happened. It's my life that is happening today and I choose to make it the best life I can!!!
