I see in the pic she has a pacifier, does she still take it, does she take it out to bite?
Maybe you could have her with the paci when they are together or show her that she can bit the pacifier.
Being 2 yrs old her teeth are probably really making her gums itch with the 2 yr old teeth starting to come in. I know with my 2 yr old he will start biting on blankets and things and I can tell from the look in his eye he is ready to bite at something. :) It usually fades away a couple of days later when his teeth stop bothering him, but he's almost 3 now so his 2 yr teeth finally busted thru and don't bother him as much.
He didn't cry like a lot of kids do when they are teething, but he would try and grab at something, even when he wasn't upset/angry about anything.
Good luck, I have 4 kids... I promise, it passes. :)
