My son never hated taking a bottle but always nursed to sleep. When I wanted to start weaning him I would feed him until he was almost done (or almost asleep) and then I would let my husband feed him two ounces of a bottle. This helped him get used to falling asleep in someone else's arms (which is bittersweet) but this did take time and for awhile I did have to take him back to me, but eventually he caught on. As for getting him aquainted with a bottle try giving him a little inbetween normal feedings he may be more likely to try if he is not hungary or you can put water in the bottle with a pinch of sugar which is very yummy and may tickle his taste buds into accepting the bottle as part of his day. But remember it will take time!!
