what i miss the most
is extra money. i just went back to work last monday and am quitting this friday. i miss my baby too much. i dont think working is worht missing out on your child. i feel very much empathy for single parents. i dont get a lot of help from my family who live close to me and i refuse to send her to a daycare. therefore, my fiance and i cannot get married because he makes too much for medicaid to cover my baby, i have to use wic, and my daughter cant even have his lasxt name because of medicaid, she has to have insurance. i miss insurance and money and spending a little money on myself and adult conversation. ha! ha!

I totally understand what you're saying. Working is not worth missing out on your child. I am lucky that my small office lets me bring in my baby 2-3x a week for about 5 hrs a day. I DO NOT want to send my daughter to daycare either. I keep telling my husband...what's the point of me working more hours or full-time if most of that money would end up going toward daycare! I'd much rather struggle a little, as long as we have what we need, and I be the one home, raising OUR child!

My daughter has my boyfriends last name and is still on medicaid...
I am also having a hard time convinsing Josh that me working is not worth sending the baby to daycare. It just costs too much these days. I'd prety much be working just to send my kid away all day... whats the point? I'd just miss her too much anyways.
