Baby food ideas
Hey everyone, I need some advice. I think my daughter is getting tired of the foods i feed her so can anyone make any suggestions as to what she can eat at this age. She's 10 months old.

My son is 10 1/2 months old and eats everything my husband and I eat. I just cut things up small, make a little bit for him without all the spice if we are having something spicey, and cook veggies and pasta a little longer for him so they are nice and soft. Some of his favorite foods are yogurt, whole bananas, cut small, green beans, and cheese.

Fish! Buy the fillet cut (no bones!) but give it a once over for safety. I find this the easiest way to get protien and good oils into my babies. Make sure to flavor it just as you would like. Bland babyfood is sooooo Gerber! Help develop his pallet now!

trish,

i fed my son from the time he was interested, what ever we were eating. (for the most part) i just would give him a bite if he liked it i would give him more if not i would just try something else. a lot of parents wont let their kids eat the stuff they eat at a young age but i do...you just want to make sure you are eating healthy..:) leila
