its been 11 years since my first pregnancy. it seemed like a normal one up until the end when i had to have an emergency c-section and my son ended up needing a liver transplant at the age of 1 month. he is doing fine now, but i am pregnant again.it wasnt planned but rather a pleasant suprise. today i am 15 weeks and diagnosed with chronic hypertension and +3 endema. i work a full time job in child care and wasnt really planning to go on maternity leave until my 7-8th month. now im not sure if i will even be able to carry the baby to full term. if anyone else has dealt with this or has any input i would appreciate it.
