Day 2 in bootcamp.
Yesterday was day two and it went well for the most part. I knocked out my water, walked for thirty minutes, stayed within my points allotment, stopped eating AT 7:30, got in bed on time, no cocktails, and no empty calories. YAY ME!

The hardest part was about mid afternoon, and I've noticed this both days so far, I craved sweets. Then that night DH volunteered to make dinner. Awesome WW recipe for Chicken Cacciatore and some Broccoli Rabe. Let's just say he's challenged at making dinner before 8pm at night. I was on SP at 7:15 when I realized dinner still wasn't finished. Well, with my no eating after 7:30 rule I ran in the kitchen and heated up a smart ones, made DH a little upset. He went to the trouble to make dinner and I wouldn't eat it. I'm doing so well, I didn't want any glitches. Not now. He got over it. By the time I figured out what I was having, got it heated up I ate it and a banana in under seven minutes swallowing the last bite of banana AT 7:30. I was still hungry and still had two points to spare for the day so I wasn't really happy when we were watching the Pop Culture game last night and all they kept showing was cookie commercials and TGI Friday commercials!! Better planning for today. At least I already know what I'm having for lunch right! :)
I'm glad I stuck to my guns, and didn't let the guilt trip win. He tried to tell me that I would have only been eight minutes late and he didn't see what the big deal was. (OF COURSE) I just let him know that I NEED to be able to say I did it to keep going, I won't say I did it if I really didn't. I would only be kidding myself and then feel like I need to start all over again.. yadda, yadda, yadda. So there you have it. I did it. I did it for real. I'm pleased. It hasn't been easy but if the scale is right it's going to be worth it. :) SHHHHHH not saying anything yet. Weigh in day is Wednesday. Nothing counts until that day anyways.

Wow, Im so happy for you I need to do the same thing and soon!!!!! After having the baby I ve been in weight watcher in and off, I still have 20lbs I need to lose, my problem is that If I eat something Im not suppouse to, I feel guilty and I cant stop right there then I have to be really really bad so now that I see you doing soo good I feel encourage to start it again and do it right this time. Im not going to do as always by saying ok I start on monday nahhhhhhhhh Im starting todayyyyy so wish me luck and thanks for the motivation.
