loosing weight
I have lost weight by working out on the tread for 20 min 6 days. Friday are my off nights. I don't drink pop, have sweets, or carbs. I drink water or skim milk. I have a piece of fruit for breakfast, yogurt for lunch, meat and vegie for dinner. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks by doing this. good luck

My daughter is two now, and i still have fat. I mean i'm done calling it baby fat. I want to know how do you lose the weight after a period of time. I mean when I first had sarah, i breast fed her for almost an entire year and the pound just fell off. But the minute i stopped breast feeding, the pounds seem to put right back on. I do admit every once in a while like today, i'm drinking a soda. Hard head. What's your advice.

Try the Wii Fit Plus Game! I eat what I want and I lost 8 lbs in 2 months! Its fun to play with your kids and that;s what motivated me in the first place to be active and not ignore my children.

I was watching the news and the one day they talked about the difference between a low carb and low fat diet on your weight loss. What it came down to was low carb makes you lose weight rapidly but the chance of gaining it back is higher. If you do a low fat diet your body will lose weight slower, but your chance of keeping it off are increased. Your body turns the carbs into fat, which doesn't help you.
