New mommy needs new friends

My husband & I are new parents to a 6 mo. old daughter & are looking to meet nice new parents in our area. I've been looking for local play-groups or "mommy & me" type groups in my area, but haven't been too successful. So, I thought I'd give this a try. It beats hanging out at the market or local baby store looking for new moms to connect with! :)
