Dealing with a toddler with stranger anxiety!
I have a 2 year old daughter who used to be so open to people and loved to see different people in super market.Used to be a real flirt. now she has stranger anxiety meltdowns. i took her to the portrait studio to get her 2 year photos done, and she would not let the girl come within two feet of her she would run in place and cover her eyes and scream/cry. so embarassing and yet I felt so bad for the both of them. I know this is a stage alot of kids go through at one point but does anyone have a good way to sooth the child and not offend the person? PLEASE HELP this happens with people she is close to also like the girl next door who is nine and plays with her like a sister and my brother in law and my nephews even her father gets the cold sholder.
