| New to the site!! |
| Hey everyone!! My name is Jessica and I just found this site the other day and thought this would be a great place to meet some moms! I am a mother of one son, Brendan, he will be 3 in September. He is the love of my life and the source of all my stress ;)
My husband and I just put a bid in on a new house yesterday! We are so excited but also a little, ok a lot, nervous about what kind of return offer we are going to get. We both really like this house and are keeping our fingers crossed that this is the one for us!

| Well things with the house are not going as well as we thought they would. The sellers only dropped the price $3,000. I am getting really stressed and found myself taking it out on poor Brendan. We get the offical proposal today by noon, so I am hoping that we can counter offer and find a middle ground with them. Today Brendan and I are going to play in the sprinkler, it's suspose to be 90 here! |
