Night Owl
I have a nine month old who wakes in the middle of the night sometimes (usually about every other night) and won't go back to sleep! She lays there and tosses and turns, moves her arms and legs like crazy and rolls around on the bed. We co-sleep, so needless to say, my husband and I are kept awake for an hour to 3 hours sometimes in the middle of the night. She just started doing this more regularly in the past couple of weeks and I don't get it! I try changing her diaper, ignoring her, rocking her or breastfeeding her to get her back to sleep and nothing works. Finally she falls asleep, but it really disrupts our sleep! Any ideas as to why she does this or what we can do differently?

Have you try to put her in a crib by your bed? Or maybe in another room with some soothing music...
