| Friends of Freinds and Speed |
| Hi all,
We've heard some feedback that the site was slow at times, and we found one of the reasons: as we are growing quite fast, people are adding, friends, who are adding friends, and so on. Keeping track of up to 4 levels of friends (or degrees of separation as it is sometimes called) turned out to be quite taxing for our infrastructure, and well... not many of you seemed to use it, so we have temporarily turned the feature off, and are working on a plan to replace it by something better suited.
What does it mean to you? Not much difference, you still have you Friends, and you can check out their friends, but no longer friends of *their* friends...
