Very frustrated tryin to sell my house looking for some advice
Ok here's the long story I'll try to make it as short as possible. my husband and I signed with a realtor to sign our house. Well first he never gave us a copy of the contract I had to keep calling and bugging to get a copy then finally he emailed us a copy and there were things changed, theres 2 different dates etc... Next he hasn't done anything i mean no advertising, no open houses b/c he says open houses don't sell houses and he told us he was going to do all this stuff and then changed his story. So i wrote him a letter. His response and I quote " how would you like me to respond to that!!!!" So we contacted his boss and she keeps saying let me talk to him and I'll get back to you. it's been almost 2 weeks and they don't return my calls nothhing.. I have contacted a lawyer but how long should I wait until i file a complaint with the board of realtors etc..... I'm soo anyoed I just want to scream!! any advice would be great!!!! thanks Nicole

Yikes we're in the process of selling our house too but I know our realtor. I would send a letter saying you will be finding a new realtor as of so and so date because they aren't keeping their part of the bargain. Maybe a new realtor will know how to go about a complaint. HTH!

We had the same situation. We had already bought a new house five hours away. I had to drive five hours back to his office and I sat there in front of him until he made the changes on the internet and posted an open house in the paper. It is your house let him know that.
