Weight Watchers is good, but unless you need that kind of support and encouragement you can purchase healthy eating books and do it yourself.

Exercise is also important. That's what really gets the weight off. I go walking, 2 miles a day and it's made a big difference in my weight loss.

I've also found success using aerobics videos and circiut training.

I put on 60 lbs with my first child (I discovered that cheesecake is GOOD!). But lost it all within 18 months.

Hi Vanessa
I actually struggle with the same problem. Right now I am on a low carb low calorie diet and it seems to be working I have lost 6 lbs in a week. I know it dosn't seem like a lot but I have a really hard time loosing weight so it is to me. I have the diet plan and products if you want to know more about them let me know. I know how hard it is to exercise when you have such a little one.

It took me almost 2 1/2 years for me to get back to my almost pre pregancy weight. I noticed to after stopping the Depo shot that i lost 10 pounds right away. Like with in a matter of a week. I guess that was one of the side effects to it. I really didnt change my eating habits much just tried to eat a little better, but i did start exicerising more. Be patient i did find stress has a lot to do with it too. When i stopped worrying about it and just made little changes in my life style the pounds started to come off.
